Its very difficult to ascertain any concrete ones and the police are having the same problem

The accused refused to hand over his phone to the police and eventually did but had removed so much information they could not use it as evidence.

The accused identified 2 people from a video as his attackers and it now seems that the 2 are 2 black Nigerians known to the accused who work with him. The accused initially said his attackers where racist white red-necks

I read the posts that he has now had to hire a defence team. Innocent victims don’t need to do that do they.

Have you only read the OP? Because it since turns out the attack itself was not caught on camera, and nothing else is confirmed.

I wrote a reply when you asked me specifically but when I hit post the thread was locked and I ain't typing it up again :fist:.

The gist was; nothing has changed, the story is still developing, and trying to figure it out is still guesswork. Maybe it was all faked, maybe his memory of the event is shakey and he filled in blanks, maybe those guys had something personal against him, did it and made it seem like a race-based attack to cover their tracks, or maybe there's still more to it that we don't know.

The sensible option remains to wait and see before making any assumptions.

At the beginning of the thread would have been a good time to point that out, as people had been making assumptions from the start, but they don’t like to admit it.

but will not give his Phone to the Cops.

If he has lied about the attack then he is an idiot on a multitude of fronts.

1. For killing his own career.

2. For making Trump supporters victims which I'm assuming wouldn't have been his plan.

Even if it did turn out that the attackers were paid, I’d much rather be the person that believed him, and have it turn out to be false, than the person who didn’t believe him and have it turn out to be true

Well he is innocent until proven guilty so some people are getting very carried away assuming that he is guilty.

Although the evidence doesn't look the best for him.

Like those in a hurry to assume it was a racist attack from the very first post. If the idiot really believed racism was such an ongoing issue why did he feel the need to fake it? It doesn’t add up. His actions say it all for me. He is just a stirrer and publicity seeker with cat poop for brains. If proved guilty they should make an example of him and throw the book at him.
