Halfwit is going to win because he is being picked on.

Their attitude towards him is what's keeping him popular.
If he hadn't been picked on by other house mates, he would just be a bit of a wet anoying pillok and definately not a likely winner. Once the attacks against him stop i'm sure that will become apparent.

chickenboy 01-07-2009 11:37 AM

Only Halfwit & Siavash of the current housemates would be a deserving winner.

Team Lisa must be defeated.

arsenalforever 01-07-2009 11:38 AM

Oh its a 100% per cent he is winning cause he's been bullied by the HM's

Jayson 01-07-2009 11:40 AM

This is exactly what I think.
But I have respect for the original Freddie fans.

HELLIWONTGO 01-07-2009 11:41 AM

He is just another rachel, she wass ok but rex was seen to pick on her and so she got the votes, but these h/mates are so stupid they can't see it, well maybe Freddie can!

Twilight 01-07-2009 11:52 AM

I am a original because i liked him from day 1:xyxwave:

jay303 01-07-2009 12:00 PM

freddie is a genuine nice guy, he talks sense, hes interesting to listen to, hes always bin put down by his other hm's and hes never risen to there level of stupidity. and hes the only one with a ****ing back bone, that's why i like freddie and why i want him to win. and not because he is bullied.

vesavius 01-07-2009 12:02 PM

Yeah, he is being carried by the victim vote right now for sure, but that will change once the Nasties are broken and there isnt a unified gang against him anymore.

Indierock&roll 01-07-2009 12:10 PM

hes been one of my favourates since the start. its going to turn out like rachel last year (they allegedly bullied her, she won) but in this case he is actually getting picked on and he actually deserves to win becaiuse hes also entertaining!
first in last out!

Enid 01-07-2009 12:13 PM

I thought he was a bit of a pillock at first. I didn't like his over-enthusiasm and optimism because it seemed a bit fake, but after realising that is in fact what he's really like, I started to warm to him.

Chels 01-07-2009 12:18 PM

i loved him from his vt.
i wanted his house

Freddo of stonerville ain't going to win

The chavs will have Rodney or Del Boy of Nelson Mandela Flats as their winners

DecalT17 01-07-2009 03:43 PM

I've tried to like him but he just talks too slowly. He could be talking about something really interesting but he would be boring you silly at the same time.

kisywisy 01-07-2009 03:58 PM

i think he's become more popular coz of the way they are treating him, but he's loved for the way he's dealing with it.

i love they way he's just him!! the way he doesn't lose his cool. he's a free loving hippy, ma-a-a-a-n lol

i don't know if he'll win, but he's gonna be loved no matter what.

Yep me too you've only got to look at my posts, supported him from day 1 because he is a brighter, interesting nice character that can entertain in others ways and not rely on booze.

I think the answer is that people just don't have the patience to actually listen to him they are always in a hurry to get accross what they want to say.

People in general just don't have patience anymore for anything. As the world has progressed at such a speed so have we. Before the days of tvs, ipods, pcs, game consoles, mobiles etc we had more time and patience. Freddie should have been born in a different era. :xyxwave:

utter nonsense. forum members were saying they really liked him on day 2.

Josy 01-07-2009 04:22 PM

I have like Freddie since day 1

LemonJam 01-07-2009 04:26 PM

Well, lets take this eccentric, different and enternaining housemate.

Lets take a bunch of normal boring people who don't know how to react to an excentric.

The answer isn't people like him because he's being picked on, he's liked because he's an eccentric character in the house and the ones 'picking on him' are boring.

*mazedsalv** 01-07-2009 04:27 PM

Liked him from Day 3.... yep I remember. And that was before the picking on started.

=-Incognito-= 01-07-2009 04:33 PM

It'll go the same way as it did with Rex last year. He'll fight the good fight for the sympathy voters until Lisa's cronies are out then the support will dry up when they realise he's actually quite irritating.

AhmedFan2004 01-07-2009 05:18 PM

Isn't it so ironic ...

Freddie hates sheep yet his supposed fans are all block voting sheep.

Freddie is an outsider and Lisa's crew protect their friends, and Freddie's fans do the exact same as Lisa's crew in real life.

People claim to want an entertaining, exciting, enthralling BB yet their pathetic sympathy votes and over-sensitive bizarre emotions ruin it.

And of course, viewing figures plummet, because of this.

Save the Stars, Save Sree and Let BB10 GROW.

Akerbie 02-07-2009 07:31 PM

I agree with the original post. Halfwit has become a symbolic figure against the gameplotters clique. Lisa & Kris are the real gameplotters, the others just tag along. If ever there comes a point where all members of the clique are gone, the interest in Halwit will decline, unless at least one of hangs around until the end, to keep the fight alive. Thios whole battle is staeling the show.

At the end of the day, I hope whoever wins, does so due to fairness. And that inludes Halfwit, that's because of the situation he has an unfair advantage at winning this game, through no fault of his own, but don't the other contestants deserve to win, the ones that are not plotting behind Halfwits back.
