I think Siavash has got more emotional intelligence than these two.

Siavash knows how to mix with all people and not to get stuck in factions. Marcus and halfwit are poor judge of characters and will get entagled in un-necessary complications because of their prejudice even though they are both intelligent and loyal.

i dont think halfwit is prejudice but i do think he has low iq. marcus is very prejudice but a good judge of character at the sametime.
