I think Siavash has got more emotional intelligence than these two.

Siavash knows how to mix with all people and not to get stuck in factions. Marcus and halfwit are poor judge of characters and will get entagled in un-necessary complications because of their prejudice even though they are both intelligent and loyal.

Marcus is in arrested development at the age of 17 (emotionally) and hasn't matured at all. A troubled 17 year old at that.

Freddy is a little lord fauntleroy who has some brain damage from drug abuse and is essentially in a state of 'emotional retardation'.
