Rodrigo - go to the diary room it's the only place he can't follow you, wait an hour then he will act like it never happened. Although he might have poured water on your bed in the meantime.

Lisa - Be calm and wait for her to need a fag could take 2-3 mins

Sophie - Wait till she is on her own otherwise see other housemate instructions and deal with her last.

Siavash - Just shout him down, his responses will be slow and inaudable.

Marcus - Ask him to explain what he means by "blah blah blah" this will confuse him then just say he has misinterprated you.

Bea - Do not get drawn into a long argument, hammer home the point about the "outside world" and refuse to take her seriously AND NEVER SHOW HER YOU CARE WHAT SHE THINKS.
