Vinnie Jones a leader of men? Don't make me laugh. He is a manager of men. If he was a true leader he'd be inspiring the younger housemates to get involved in the cooking. He'd be helping them.

Instead he likes to sit in the snug and dictate the house. He likes to control through fear. He is acting like grumpy old man.

In a group of people that big people need to compromise, Vinnie had been unoffically made in charge of dinners etc. and people need to follow a system otherwise everyone will just do there own thing and there would be nothing left to make dinners with, the greedier people would be well fed and the quieter ones would have to go with far less

I think that's the problem, that he sees himself as running a family, that he and Stephanie are the self-appointed Mum and Dad of the house. Yes, you have to ration out the food, but he's just being a dick.

But the principles are the same, it needs to be done that way for it work otherwise even more arguments would be happening over the food! And I don't it was self appointed really

Vinnie may be the unofficial leader, but he is not nearly clever enough and too aggressive to 'manage' the others.

I don't understand why people seem to kiss his backside, what has he done to be so loved by the public, from what i have seen he is a bit of a control freak thug?
