Managers coordinate people. Leaders inspire people.
Vinnie Jones a leader of men? Don't make me laugh. He is a manager of men. If he was a true leader he'd be inspiring the younger housemates to get involved in the cooking. He'd be helping them. Instead he likes to sit in the snug and dictate the house. He likes to control through fear. He is acting like grumpy old man. Can't wait until next week when the younger HM's nominate him. Total dick.
