New exercise routine. If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some. Yeah, I'm the same. My motto is: Only run if you are being chased. And even then, only run if you can't beat the chit out of the person chasing you. :laugh:

hehe my motto is simply "anti-exercise" I dont know though, I just can never get my As.s in gear even when I try. I'm like on 5 brake horse power at full speed. |
