Entertainment Show vs. Job Interview

Obviously The Apprentice is both, but what should be its main service purpose?

Talented ones, like Stella, whom personality didnt always beam through the TV (although I liked her) but were very good at what they did, are always kept regardless as the aim is to find the best. But I think when it comes down to an average or bit more than average talented business candidate, and another that is fairly lower skill, but is funny/bossy/controversial, Sugar sometimes leans towards keeping them to help sail the show (James saved over Mona + Ben - series 5).

I think Sugar on a whole is pretty fair with his fires though, and the show should definitely be treat to what it is, a job interview - although I know some would rather bore personalities go even if theyre good and have all the drama drama! I find talent itself entertaining viewing enough with shows like this :amazed:
