Obviously The Apprentice is both, but what should be its main service purpose?
Talented ones, like Stella, whom personality didnt always beam through the TV (although I liked her) but were very good at what they did, are always kept regardless as the aim is to find the best. But I think when it comes down to an average or bit more than average talented business candidate, and another that is fairly lower skill, but is funny/bossy/controversial, Sugar sometimes leans towards keeping them to help sail the show (James saved over Mona + Ben - series 5). I think Sugar on a whole is pretty fair with his fires though, and the show should definitely be treat to what it is, a job interview - although I know some would rather bore personalities go even if theyre good and have all the drama drama! I find talent itself entertaining viewing enough with shows like this ![]()
