Ermmm you of need to be a member that has been around for a year or so or a member who has made peace when there arguments never had warning and a person the admins can trust


well i think so also you have to be very polite online alot and not to young

You have to be chosen by the Gods of TIBB to become a Mod!

Then you have to run a gauntlet of tests - even a stamina one to make sure you can keep up with the pace during busy times :laugh:

Kaz really puts the thumb screws on to make sure you are not affiliated to any other BB websites and James runs a check on your PC to make sure you are not a spy!
