Ermmm you of need to be a member that has been around for a year or so or a member who has made peace when there arguments never had warning and a person the admins can trust


well i think so also you have to be very polite online alot and not to young

You have to be chosen by the Gods of TIBB to become a Mod!

Then you have to run a gauntlet of tests - even a stamina one to make sure you can keep up with the pace during busy times

Kaz really puts the thumb screws on to make sure you are not affiliated to any other BB websites and James runs a check on your PC to make sure you are not a spy!
