Although I still think Tom is bitchy and duplicitous, I actually think it's Alex who is riding on *his* coat tales. He is the funnier one (if there is such a thing) in the duo. Alex just reiterates what he's just said.

If this had been an earlier BB he would have been Brian to Alex's Narinda. In this post-gay BB world being gay/effeminate is no longer an interesting USP (see BB10 where the 3 'gays' Rodrigo, Charlie, Dave were out before the straights in the final). Plus a ditzy blond girl is more marketable to the Desmond empire than a bisexual shreiky camp twink. :wink:

I agree, I have started to like him more and more this week, we should have been shown more of him throughout the show rather than the sad act sharron n Faye.

Tom looked happy during the rave task that was a nice bit

I hate Tom and he only hangs out with Alex because he knows shes popular in the outside world.

I also hate how agressive he gets plus when he threw that plant at The Lord aswell.

It's funny, i was thinking the opposite on a section of last nights show. Check this footage of Tom in the Diary Room at approx 4:00 - 4:13. I swear he almost morphs into Alex, in his mannerisms and talking style!

I thought Tom was OK until recently. He has openly stated to other house mates that he doesn't know why Aaron is so popular with the public and that he doesn't treat Faye well. Tom is not a stupid guy so does he really believe she treats Aaron any better? Also I don't find him particularly interesting or funny so l wish he was gone.

to be fair i think he threw the plant because he's still really smitten with Aaron and is gutted Aaron no longer hugs him ala week 1-2. Tom does stare at Aaron at lot.

That happens though when you spend so much time with one person.

On topic, neither of them have faced the public vote before so couldn't possibly know who's more popular. I think they have genuine friendship and bounce off eachother.

Agreed, i wasn't thinking Tom was purposely trying to imitate Alex or anything...just spun me out a bit seeing him acting like her.

i think his best bit todate is when he won the wresting match against Faye.....god her face was a picture....lol..........
