Umm.. ok.. I think you've misunderstood what's going on, there's been literally no arguing or bad feeling over this, it's off season and it's just been devised as something for people to do on here

I've responded to this in the actual thread, its posted in there, and as a blog and in its own thread as well! Slight overkill. I respect your feelings Josiah, but I think its ridiculous if you ask for my thread removed.

Eveyone involved in the Tibb election knows it's for fun. There has been a fair bit of ribbing and p***-taking on all sides but it's all been done in good humour and I haven't seen any arguing or nastiness which is amazing when you consider how easily stuff - especially concerning anything even slightly political - sometimes descends into chaos. If only real elections were handled in such good spirit. I can't see what the problem could be. Taking part is not compulsory.

Before this turns into a backlash, I'm closing this thread. Just to clear things up, I don't believe he wanted your thread deleted, Kate, but this thread. :)
