At least once a day. I always use plenty of mouthwash and chew mints, tic tacs and what have you, though, so I really don't need to brush as often.

Twice but sometimes I only brush them at night because I don't have time in the morning.

Once as soon as I wake up and once at night if Ive had a bath (if I dont I forget tbh)

Always at night, and in the morning if I'm going out/seeing people that day.

Morning, Night and after every meal. I even have my own toothbrush/toothpaste at work.

Well I often forget completely, but usually I do it it the morning, and sometimes at night, so I probably should have written 1nce a day.

But Ido forget, so it's not every day :D I'm a dirty **** I know :)

Any more than 2 or 3 times a day is supposed to be bad for your teeth apparently.

i used to work with a spanish company and literally every time I went to the bathroom someone was brushing their teeth. safe to say the spaniards are serious about their teeth and brush after every meal :joker:
