Switch the blanket on, go have a cuppa, wash/shower whatever I'm doing, brush/floss/rinse teeth, dry my hair then apply coconut oil to my face.

Brush teeth, use an Olay moisturising facial wipe thingy, jump in bed, read for a bit, sleep, wake up again and come on here

Brush teeth, into bed and pop the iplayer etc on, watch telly for an hour or so until I feel I am nodding off.
Normally wake a few hours later to a soft glow in the bedroom from the lank screen. Iplayer gone off..waiting for the telly to be turned off.

...brush and floss...

go to the toilet, have a wash, brush teeth and hair, set alarm if necessary.

toilet, brush teeth, get a glass of water then bed
