have you got bits you have to do before you have to go to bed

ie mine are i have to make sure my room tidy and lay my clothes out for the next day before i go to bed

Switch the blanket on, go have a cuppa, wash/shower whatever I'm doing, brush/floss/rinse teeth, dry my hair then apply coconut oil to my face.

Brush teeth, into bed and pop the iplayer etc on, watch telly for an hour or so until I feel I am nodding off.
Normally wake a few hours later to a soft glow in the bedroom from the lank screen. Iplayer gone off..waiting for the telly to be turned off.
