As a kid, were there any 'monsters' you were afraid of...
 

..under the bed or in the wardrobe etc..?...

it was mostly being abducted by aliens for me. ET scared the hell out of me as a kid.

Also the creature from the black lagoon, after i watched it i wouldn't even go to the toilet without leaving the door open for a while. That movie terrified me too, even though it was black and white and soo old.

..there are a few movies that have really freaked me out for different reasons...

The Cybermen in Dr Who. It was their faces, they terrified me.

The Xenomorphs from Aliens. Bricked myself at night as a kid after watching that.

..I watched a little bit of Stephen King's 'It' the other night and had to switch it over because that clown still terrifies me...
