..under the bed or in the wardrobe etc..?...

it was mostly being abducted by aliens for me. ET scared the hell out of me as a kid.

Also the creature from the black lagoon, after i watched it i wouldn't even go to the toilet without leaving the door open for a while. That movie terrified me too, even though it was black and white and soo old.
