They have basically told us that with 'the cusp of fame' statement.

We'll never not have fame hungry HMs. It's not the social experiment type show it used to be. it's now a full on entertainment show like so many others.

Hmm, hopefully they take her views on board. It sounds more like a fan using her position to cry out for the old show more than hints that it will happen this series.

But this hasnt been confirmed for all we know is rylan could of said it to get us talking about the housemates and didnt they deny that josie would enter because she not the housmate they want

They've been fame hungry for years. And I like it tbh.

I was thinking this. There's always some 'back to basics' type article floating about which turns out to be complete nonsense.

The channel 5 housemates are actually less fame hungry.

Fame hungry = desperate messy people = entertainment.

It's a pity they are so camera conscious these days.

All the cameras should be invisible - I'm sure the technology is there.

Totally agree with Emma, would be great not to have fame hungry HM's, but sadly I don't think we will ever get a series like that again.

The thing is it doesn't matter how normal someone is. i.e works in a shop or something. they still got to be a little bit hungry even if its just a taste of fame to do bb.
i think a few of the over the top fame hungry people are good. just look at the last show it made it. without them it would of been dull.

They've been fame hungry since BB2.

That would be pointless though... as they still know they're on a TV show. Only difference being they don't know where the camera is, but they will still act out and be camera conscious.

I actually thought one way they could get people the one year is by advertising people to take part in a new "social experiment study", not mention it will be on TV at all, then cast people from an interview-type audition. More likely to grab 'normal' people that way - and it would insert a new housemate dynamic into the show.

nothing wrong with fame hungry people. BB5-7 aka its peak were chock full of fame hungries

normal people killed bb 4, you need people that are deluded, with bigger egos than brains.

I don't mind who they put in, my problem is whoever goes in we don't really get to see the real them like we did when we had live feed, now we just get an edited 45 minutes from 24 hours and the 45 minutes we do see is usually housemates forced in to situations to make entertainment.

Surely she knows it's not gonna happen
