Possibly that could be another indicator they see her as a woman? Because flirting with a gay guy is obviously just joking around, as the straight gays aren't gay, making it just fun/"banter" (hate that word, but it best describes it). On the other hand, they are attracted to women, so flirting is more likely to be real, hence not taken as lightly?

They flirt with Ann and Rachel aswell though so it's not even that

It's just that India has show NO sense of humour or hasn't gotten to that level of closeness with the guys that they can't flirt with her as a joke because there's no banter type relationship there

India is like a miserable thunder cloud, whereas Shane J / Courtney is a ray of sunshine who fits into every circle ,yes he's crude at times but he's friendly and understanding and nice .
