I think it's mostly just personality (and the fear of India's wrath if they flirted wrong ) (I also think Andrew in particular probably wouldn't mind taking things further with Courtney if I'm completely honest... there's a spark of curiosity there at least.) Also I reckon they'd think a flirtation with Courtney would probably play well to the viewers so there's that too.

Dress like a fluffy dog and people will want to stroke you.

Shane dressing up as a glamourous sexy woman is of course going to trigger reactions in people around him.

Sometimes i change my accent when talking to strangers, and even that makes a difference to how people treat me.
