Important data about your SLEEPING - are you NORMAL??

https://43nnuk1fz4a72826eo14gwfb-wpe...log_Header.jpg

So last night, for example i slept from 23:35 to 06:20 and my deep and light were about average. My time asleep was 6 hours 9 mins

Now i understand most of you cant analyse this data as for some reason you dont have a smart watch :puzzled: but what about your sleep time duration?

please detail time to sleep and time awake below:

Nicky91 16-05-2018 07:59 AM

i usually go to bed around 23.00 PM and i wake up around 7.15 AM

only on Fridays i go to bed after let's dance which is around 23.20 PM

Twosugars 16-05-2018 08:35 AM

What about napping?

...which reminds me... I think I will have a nap

Expect to wake up to many funny posts by LT and Nicky, liberally scattered across threads

smudgie 16-05-2018 08:46 AM

You must be flipping joking.
I can be halfway through reading a post and I am asleep some days.
My normal nights sleep is getting into bed at between midnight and 2am, tossing and turning, lamp on lamp off, telly on telly off..until hubby brings my breakfast and coffee up then it’s back in my chair to start the whole shindigs again:joker:
I never profess to be normal.:spin:

:nono:

No need to nap, horrible idea, wake up groggy and weird. If you feel tired during the day its due to dehydration, drink a big glass of water and hey presto, tiredness gone

Niamh. 16-05-2018 09:39 AM

Last night I went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 7:30 so 9 hours :hee: between 8 and 9 hours for me or I don't function well

bots 16-05-2018 09:47 AM

i generally get a good 3 or 4 hours in each and every day, whether i need it or not

Eddie. 16-05-2018 09:50 AM

On weekdays I sleep at 11 and wake up at 6, 7 for Wednesday mornings.

When it’s Friday or Saturday or when I don’t have classes, I sleep at 1 and wake up at 8 due to my body clock...

tbf, only nap a lot when feeling down; it helps
depression can make you sleep less or more, luckily I'm in the latter category
btw, not submitting my data as it's too all over the place

will try the water trick tho

AnnieK 16-05-2018 10:43 AM

I usually get between 5 and 6 hours a night, sometimes longer but not often

Cherie 16-05-2018 11:14 AM

Not a fitbit bore :omgno:

I prefer to go to bed reasonably early anytime between 10 and 11 and wake up at 6ish

MTVN 16-05-2018 12:31 PM

11 till 7 religiously

Brillopad 16-05-2018 01:07 PM

Normally six hours. Bit more at weekends.

Vanessa 16-05-2018 01:18 PM

During the week i go to bed quite late. At about midnight/1 am, because i'm watching Law and Order. And i wake up at about 9/10 am. During the weekend i work, so i usually go to bed at about 10:30 pm and wake up at 5 am.

My sleep is always broken by the need to go for a pee a couple of times, would love to sleep through the whole night, even the baby sleeps through now:bawling: I try not to drink much but still it gets me up at night.

Poor Cherie.

Marsh. 16-05-2018 07:32 PM

Pray tell, how does that fandangle watch know this? :suspect:

AnnieK 16-05-2018 07:52 PM

I would be useless with a watch like that, I'd be forever waking up and checking it to see how long id slept and end up getting less sleep than ever. As it is now, I spend half the night thinking, if I get to sleep now, I'll have six hours till I have to get up etc with a watch, I'd be even worse
