staff on South Western Railway
began their 27-day strike.
The walkout, which will affect travel
until New Year's Day,
is the longest stretch of industrial
action against a major rail operator
in living memory.
It comes after South Western Railway
and the Rail, Maritime and
Transport union failed to reach
an agreement in the long-running
dispute over guards on trains.]

he will Take all the Railways back
once each contract ends etc.

Good, makes sense commuters hearded like cattle onto unmanned trains for extortionate prices can't be accepted.

The Boss of South Western Railway
claims new trains come in 6 months
and they will have a Guard.

But the Union boss says they are not real guards,
