The scenario.

A girl is standing on a set of steps (five in total) outside a nightclub. A drunk man comes up to give her a hug but loses his balance and drags her down the steps, her face hitting the bottom step.

Her face is mangled, stitches inside and out her mouth and nose, swelling like a football..


Does she have a claim for damages via public prosecution?

She was also drunk.

Would this man be quite partial to a potato dog or two?

What dick put steps outside a nightclub

Used to be a club in Glasgow that had a massive flight of stone steps leading up to it. Bloody deathtrap. It burned down though. And it was a listed building :umm2:

They were already there from when the place was a sports centre
