Got a question for you.

The scenario.

A girl is standing on a set of steps (five in total) outside a nightclub. A drunk man comes up to give her a hug but loses his balance and drags her down the steps, her face hitting the bottom step.

Her face is mangled, stitches inside and out her mouth and nose, swelling like a football..


Does she have a claim for damages via public prosecution?

She was also drunk.

Used to be a club in Glasgow that had a massive flight of stone steps leading up to it. Bloody deathtrap. It burned down though. And it was a listed building
