The scenario.

A girl is standing on a set of steps (five in total) outside a nightclub. A drunk man comes up to give her a hug but loses his balance and drags her down the steps, her face hitting the bottom step.

Her face is mangled, stitches inside and out her mouth and nose, swelling like a football..


Does she have a claim for damages via public prosecution?

She was also drunk.
