We heard one attendant complaining to someone that the number of passengers they were dealing with went from 1,100 a week to 30,000 -.

They sacked / laid off all their staff during Covid and now they expect them to all come back to help them out ..

One of my friends had a flight booked today, they delayed it this morning by 3 hours but said to still arrive at the airport normal time. He got through the queues and security ok but then they cancelled the flight 3 hours before take off :omgno:

I know there's a lot of things out of the airlines and airports control but the way customers are being messed around is awful

bitontheslide 01-06-2022 12:14 PM

i've been messed around by airlines more times than i can count and i rate it amongst the most unpleasant experiences. Waiting at an airport with uncertainty is just grim

LeatherTrumpet 01-06-2022 12:36 PM

aww they sacked them all during covid and now they cant rehire the workers at sh1t wages becoz the bloody workers have found better-paid jobs in other industries :bawling:

airlines are cowboys, end of

Yes in Manchester Police were called
to get people off a plane
that could not leave
due to not enough staff to fly it.

Covid-19 and Brexit
are the blame
Reporters are saying.
