A partial flood in a electricity station also led to a power outage affecting over 11,000 households around Nijverdal, Overijssel, on Tuesday morning. she blames sewer pipes instead of ground water, while it is pretty obvious due to that lot of rainfall

they complain of drought they say, those farmers well they can't complain now with whats fallen this entire year basically (maybe because of some years ago lesser rainfall it piled up in the clouds? and now has to come down :think:)

as for warmer summers, idk if they can already predict that, maybe or maybe not
