Nat showed off her increasingly toned body as she stretched out in a tiny black string bikini on the beach of Portugal's Algarve.

The actress, who has dropped a whopping two stone since leaving the show, decided to demonstrate to fellow tanners a few of her slimming secrets, performing a little work out with a personal trainer.

While her waist may be disappearing, other dimensions are definitely growing with speculation TV's former Sonia Fowler has added a boob job to her new body.
