Here’s Natalie Cassidy showing off her hard-earned toned bits in a bikini, during a holiday in Portugal. It’s not a very relaxing break though – she’s taken her personal trainer with her! Nat showed off her increasingly toned body as she stretched out in a tiny black string bikini on the beach of Portugal's Algarve.

The actress, who has dropped a whopping two stone since leaving the show, decided to demonstrate to fellow tanners a few of her slimming secrets, performing a little work out with a personal trainer.

She looks great, very fit body, but I think she could go the other way, as in a size zero way. Thing is there was nothing wrong with her to start with, but because we live in a shallow world it has made look like that, though she does look good.
