I`m starting a diet tomorrow
I`ve tried them in the past,some worked ,some didn`t but I haven`t been on one for absolutly ages and its about time I did.So I was wondering does anyone have any tips.Also do you think its worth joining a gym or would it be a waste of money?Im thinking about going swimming as well seeing as though I just learnt on holiday lol although I dont know if I`ll have the bottle,ill feel to self concious being at local baths and all.:blush:My mam only does home cooking about once a week for reasons I wont go into and I can just about make cheese on toast so I don`t eat healthily and when I diet I tend to find the easiest way to loose weight is to just eat little becuase Its too difficult to plan meals and stuff.So if anyone has any tips on anything easy I can do for myself:shrug:It would be really appreciated:thumbs:

You look like you've got a great body!
But since you asked, heres some tips. Swimming a lot gives you broader shoulders. Try running every morning instead or you could play a sport. You can ride on a bike everyday, it's good for your butt and thighs. Seriously, cardio is your answer. Things like sit ups will only make you gain muscle which will be underneath the fat, making you look bigger then you already think you are. Try drinking Green Tea a lot. It's a natural diuretic, so it should make you urinate frequently. This how it helps you lose weight because you have less water in your body. You will feel less bloated, but you are not burning any fat. It is only water weight you are losing. Not having enough fluids in your system can actually be bad for your metabolism, so you should really only use diuretics when you are trying to look slim for a short period of time (i.e. going swimming in a bikini or wearing a fitted dress). You can use diuretics for a few days before you need to "be slim", but you shouldn't do it too often because it will mess with your metabolism. If you drink green tea every day though you should make sure you drink a TON of water to make up for what you are losing. Eliminate the fatty snacks and carbonated beverages (obviously), instead reach for fruit and even better would be raw vegetables, drink more water and natural unprocessed fruit juices. Pass on the milk, cheese, and red meat. Don't starve yourself. Your body will get its energy by burning the muscle before the fat. Also, it's how you look not how much you weigh. Muscle weighs way more then fat. |

Don't starve yourself, if you do that then your metabolism will slow down and in the long run you'll put more weight on

I lost a stone in two weeks on the new york diet which was:
No Fruit No Carbs No Alchohol No Dairy No Fat So basically Vegetables and Protein for two weeks. Oh, and lots of water. It sounds awful, but that was two months ago and I STILL haven't gained any more weight after I've lost it and atm I'm eating so unhealthily :P Also, I agree with Melanie about swimming.. when I was 12 I was a swimmer and stuff and it's completley ****ed up my body, especially my calves which - though are solid muscle, are so bloody ENORMOUS in relation to my ankles :| |

I dont get bullied anymore this was when i was like 12/13 but ya know,it kind of stays with you.Aww I guess im lucky I dont get any back pain at all and Im an f,i just think they make me look bigger all over than what I really am

exercise is super important ... gym can be a bore so get some mates together and do some kind of sport.

I did a lot of running and basketball and my boobs shrunk from a D to a C. Usually when you exercise and diet, your boobs shrink first. My friends shrank from a C to an A.
