They spiked Freddie\'s drink
Serious muscle relaxants, hence the 'wide open' comment.
|
Yes, because MUSCLE relaxants affect the brain.
|

|
A long shot.....
I hope the hangover teaches him a lesson. |

However the topic is clearly a [bad] joke. Big Brother drugging up the housemates? Thats something straight from the daily star. |

True story: I once injured my back and had to be put on muscle relaxants for two weeks. When I took the first dose, I thought I had slept all day. (I only took half the dose after that because it was clearly too strong). Anyway, my friends later told me that they had called my house to check on me and I was telling them that cats were walking on the ceiling etc. I don't even have a cat much less a gravity defying ceiling cat! lol The muscle relaxant had made me halucinate! :colour: But no... I think Freddie was just drunk. |
You can buy a product that is commonly known as 'poppers' which is a muscle relaxant but if inhaled gives you a strong head rush, dizzyness, a really warm feeling, nausea, and a a list of small effects that make you wonder why you whiffed it.
Commonly found in head shops (rizla/bongs etc) or sex shops. Normally about £5, but you can often find 3 for £10. Now I've made myself look bad I shall be quiet |
imagine if charlie wanked into freddies drink and spiked it
|
Well ... yes. Everything affects the brain. The muscles and their various sensaitons are controlled and communicated via the brain. I think what you mean is they would not affect you on a cognitive, 'thought' level.
I say, old chap not a Dr are you, only I've been having a spot of trouble with the old back, grateful for any help old sport! |

Horrible stuff, though. Not really a drug on it's own as it only lasts for about five minuets but if your already drunk, it can send you that bit further. They got Spice & stuff in those shops these days. Theirs no excuse for buying useless little bottles of inhalants. |

Seriously people, its not good, don't try it, you'll just feel sick and wonder why the hell you did it. |
Yeah Cybele's case does sound a bit extreme. Muscle relaxants cant possibly cause disassociation or a near psychedelic encounter. Unless of course you bought the muscle relaxants from a guy named Zed who traded you them for a guitar with four strings.
And yes, Stu is fully aware this has become an anatomical thread. And Stu thinks this is a good thing, given said threads general lack of direction. |
i wish someone would piss in kris's drink and spike it
|
I gave my last poppers to a tramp in 1990. He looked surprised but grateful.

I'll have you know The Daily Star is an incredibly respectable paper, which provides factual articles gained from trustable sources. :laugh3: |

And to the person who said that poppers is a muscle relaxant... it isn't. It is a vasodialator (expands the blood vessels). The fact that it works to relax certain muscles is a result of that. |
