I would just donate that energy and attention to causes or organizations that actually may be able to do something about it... leaving an angry comment online won't do anything to change the practice... but it will discourage in the very least the portions of those folk who do it to gain "infamy" online, etc... kind of like a reality contestant will do something to create headlines, no matter how depraved, in order to gain popularity and find like-minded individuals... it's just feeding their basic urges.

You're right of course, the photo is hard to ignore though, it's so sad. It reminds of those creepy pictures from years ago where people would take photos with dead relatives
