What is wrong with this guy?
People get road rage and stuff for the littlest reasons.
Although this just seems like a psychopath, not even road rage..
Also, I don't see too many people on bikes in NJ but when I do I don't see them going too crazy on the roads. There's definitely more in New York... when I've drove in NY they still don't bother me that much though (I just don't like all the traffic and chaos in general on the roads over there but I don't notice the cyclists specifically getting too out of hand). Maybe more people ride their bikes carelessly over there in the UK
