Except current music ain't that bad really. Like 2013-2015 was an AWFUL stretch in music for me... where songs like
Happy,
We Can't Stop,
Blurred Lines,
All About That Bass, etc. were dominating the music industry. And not much good (or mainstream-good anyway) in rap.
It's taken a step back up (although now we do have stuff like Dancing With A Stranger & Sunflower
)
