Anxiety affects sleep and sleep affects anxiety, it's a brutal Catch-22... don't be afraid of getting something to help you sleep at the moment.
It's also circular in that I can't sleep at night, therefore crash out for a bit in mid afternoon, so also can't sleep at night because of that ...

I'm thinking of just forcing myself to stay awake all day, taking something at my normal sleeptime, and repeating until I'm back in a normal cycle...
