To be fair that was my sleep pattern towards the end of University - I was working in a bar kitchen and my usual shift was 3pm - 11pm so I just ended up shifting around to that being like a normal work day ... I'd get up at 2pm, shower, go to work until 11 then come home and be up all night until 6 or 7am. I had a housemate who had classes at 9 every day, him getting up to shower was usually my cue to go to bed .

There's nothing inherently wrong with it mental health wise, so long as you're getting enough sleep and it fits with your life otherwise. But it's obviously not a sustainable pattern when you're out of that "young ppl" phase.
