To be fair that was my sleep pattern towards the end of University - I was working in a bar kitchen and my usual shift was 3pm - 11pm so I just ended up shifting around to that being like a normal work day

... I'd get up at 2pm, shower, go to work until 11 then come home and be up all night until 6 or 7am. I had a housemate who had classes at 9 every day, him getting up to shower was usually my cue to go to bed

There's nothing inherently wrong with it mental health wise, so long as you're getting enough sleep and it fits with your life otherwise. But it's obviously not a sustainable pattern when you're out of that "young ppl" phase.
