74 is not a bad number although 64 would be perfect for a group to tournament format
EDIT: Wait Cald, your math is off lol, that's 75 (or 76 with OTT) seasons in Option B
Maybe cut out BBCAN & CBBUS 1&2 for the sake of easy formatting?

Tournament stage: 32 which is the perfect number for a tournament setup
