That doesn't detract from the heinous and vile crime experienced by that victim you posted, which of course is one event too many, but a boy/man raping a woman (in any environment, including bathrooms) is depressingly not an anomaly.

The fact that it isn't an anomaly is all the more reason not to remove safe guarding for women especially in places where they're particularly vulnerable (eg in a state of undress)
