I'm guessing you are from the Republic but one of my colleagues is Northern Irish and he is in bits as is the people he knew back home, he always told me that she meant so much to the Northern Irish I guess because she isn't your monarchy you don't really have a strong connection to her like the British/Commonwealth wouldn't have a strong connection to say the Danish Monarchy even though they are related
