Exactly, it didn't make any sense. (sorry for banging on about the books but....) She had started to lose herself a bit more in the books so i didn't find it
as bad from having read them but if you had just been watching the show it would have made very little sense for her character to turn like that, they tried to make what should have been years and years of lots of stuff happening to her into Missandei being killed by Cersei causing such a massive personality change
