Dwight Jackson can be a black name but if you asked me without context, I would not have thought black right away. But Dwight is an older man's name, white or black. Jackson isn't race-specific, but it is common enough in black population that I can see where somebody, especially in specific communities or regions where the name is popular in those neighborhoods there that they might immediately make that assumption. It's not immediate for me.
There's a character in the Walking Dead called Dwight and he's a red neck type white guy, that could be why that type of person instantly popped into my head when I heard the name
