That's also a red flag for me. If I see a chippy advertising burgers and kebabs I won't be using it
I love a kebab too but would go to a kebab shop for that
Although yeah times have changed, majority of chippies near me now seem Eastern or Southern European run (plus quite a few Chinese chippies) which isn't necessarily a bad thing but it's not what you traditionally associate with fish and chip owners
