At the same time, I think it's equally regressive to confer someone's womanhood (or manhood, but it's especially backwards to do with womanhood) to just the reproductive organs someone has, which is what many on the counter-side does.
Unfortunately, a lot of the extremists like those in this video don't do the majority of trans people many favours, and they don't represent the vast majority of trans people just wanting to live a regular life in peace.

Totally agree with your points here. Just in regards to the BIB, I think unfortunately it ends up getting there sometimes when women have to bluntly spell out the biological reasons for
why sex matters for us in some cases and it's linked to our biological differences not our gender expression
