This isn't the biggest election, but with there being so many props on the ballot, I'd say it will get more turnout than usual. It's very likely to go into a runoff because there's just that many people for it. It took me a couple of swipes to see them all. I'm surprised that the seat is on our ballot at all as we're no longer zoned in that district under the new map boundaries Maybe because it's a "special" election the voter map is already spoken for. I don't know how it worked out that way. I just vote.
…it all sounds just such a lot in comparison to the UK……I mean, I would just get totally frazzled at having to swipe a few times to be able to even see them all and then have to focus on a choice, oh Lord…but I guess that for you, it’s a bit more focused in direction in those that you can just dismiss straight off and only a few possibilities to actually consider because you’re so familiar with the system etc…
