I'm actually fairly decent with adjusting my body clock, but I've had the last week off of work and for some reason getting a proper sleep has been an absolute nightmare. So it's mixed blessings.

Usually I listen to an audiobook before I fall asleep and have on the fan or some other white noise while I drift off. God, laying it all out like that makes me sound like such a fussy sleeper.
