…I don’t know how your sleep clock adjust/how quickly, it generally would…?…but for me, it always takes a fair bit of time for that adjustment to happen in the ‘training’ of…obviously it’s about the mind resting so finding a way of thoughts etc not creep in at sleep times …relaxing that body from the toes right up to and through the brain, you know…it’s not an easy thing and very frustrating for you…(…and exhausting…)…
