I think C4 should just knock the chat show idea on its head. It takes a lot to come across a show that works, ITV's attempts to replace Paul show that. You can take the biggest name (e.g. ITV's Sharon Osbourne Show) and it can fall flat on its face.
Or Channel 4 should just bring back Des & Mel
They've covered for Paul before and people like them so ...
