Yes parents bear responsibility, but shouldn't websites too! Surely even one dead girl, and there have been other internet related ones, is too many! It is alright saying parents should this, kids should that, but surely internet providers should take more responsibility too ie if a youngster, and ages should be verified, gives out personal information - it should be removed and the user warned that account will be removed if they do so again.
